His flexibility of last minute requests for showings helped me to purchase my house. I will recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing a house Wayne's expertise was highly valuable to me. His knowledge of inspections was very helpful. Wayne is a great man to be around. I could feel that he cared more about me than selling a house. His kindness to my family made him feel like he was family. Wayne is very honest and very helpful.
